Q. Why should we work with you rather than one of the more established consulting outfits?

Most organizations are unable to afford a large consulting outfit to deliver a project end to end. Consultants are employed to define the strategic direction and it is then left to the organizational resources to implement the recommendations. Consulting assignments thus end up being strategy reports with little or no improvement in the day to day working of the organization.

Established outfits have very high revenue expectation from senior consultants. This expectation makes it impossible for these consultants to spend time on any single assignment. Q. For Process and MIS Improvement, there are IT product vendors in the market. How are you better than them?

IT product vendors are product centric – they have a portfolio of IT products which they are trying to sell and hence try to force fit their products to your business. We believe that most Process and MIS issues have to do with deficiencies in the underlying process, or insufficient data capture.

Our approach is centered on understanding your business  and hence we are much more effective.
